Trade CNC routing FAQ
Can you work from a physical reference part?
Sometimes. Clear photographs, measurements and the reference part can help reproduce non-critical geometry, but the production dimensions still need to be agreed. Reverse engineering time is included in the quotation.
When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is required when the quotation is accepted. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.
Can you use material I supply?
Possibly, after the material has been identified and inspected. Customer-supplied material remains at the customer’s risk and may require test cutting.
Can you handle urgent work?
Rush work is considered only when it can be completed without compromising approved work already in the schedule. Any rush charge is stated before approval.
