Tracked courier dispatch
Suitable parts are packed and sent using a tracked courier selected for the parcel size, weight and declared value. The quotation identifies whether delivery is included or charged separately.
Packaging matched to the parts
Protection can include paper, card, foam, edge guards, grouped bundles and a suitable outer carton. Parts with easily damaged points, primed surfaces or strict cosmetic requirements may need enhanced packaging.
Inspection on arrival
Check the parcel and parts promptly. Visible transit damage should be photographed before packaging is discarded and reported within 48 hours. Retain all packaging while a courier claim is assessed.
Dispatch and delivery dates
Production completion and courier delivery are separate. Wood to Spec can confirm a planned dispatch date but cannot guarantee a carrier’s delivery time unless a specific guaranteed service is quoted and accepted.
