Controlled repeat work
Repeat the approved part—or make the revision explicit.
Use the earlier project reference and state whether the requirement is an exact repeat or a change. A new enquiry record prevents an old file from being silently reused.
Include
- The earlier enquiry, quote or job reference.
- Exact repeat or controlled revision.
- Current quantity, material and required date.
- The current drawing/file revision where anything changed.
- Any change to fit, finish, packing, postcode or dispatch requirements.
